“Do I need to be home for clothing pick-up and delivery?
No, not at all, In fact, most of our residential customers are not home when we pick up and deliver. That’s the point - convenience. Our customers told us they wanted more leisure time for doing things that they enjoy.
“How do you pick up and delivery my clothes?”
We have a beautiful new van. Our bonded and professionally attired Valets will pick up from and deliver to a location of your choosing on your property.
“What is the schedule?”
We are always in your area twice a week for pick-ups and deliveries. Deliveries are guaranteed by on the next delivery day following pick-up.
West Vancouver: Monday and Thursday
North Vancouver: Tuesday and Friday
“What time do you pick up and deliver”
We ask that you have your bag out by 8:30am for pick-up, and we will have your clothing cleaned and delivered by 6:00pm the next delivery day.
“How much did you say this service costs?”

Executive Shirt Service
State of the art technology allows Carousel to offer the most elegant shirt-finishing in Vancouver. If a stain can be removed safely, our multi-step process will remove it. If your buttons are broken or missing, we will replace them at no charge. Processes that guarantee perfectly finished collars and cuffs, and assure natural PH characteristics for unmatched comfort, are part of our pledge.
Suede & Leather
Carousel’s advanced cleaning and stain removal process is customized to each garment to eliminate stains and restore suede and leather garments. Specialists can also restore color and essential oils to preserve the luxurious feel and color that your leathers deserve.

We also recommend that you protect your investment in new treatments by coordinating with Carousel to ensure that draperies are created with pre-cleaned textiles to prevent shrinkage issues in the future.

We provide analysis of your gown and prepare an individualized treatment plan to ensure comprehensive cleaning according to specific fabrics, decorative trim, embellishments and the specific recommendations of leading designers. Your gown will be enclosed in acid-free tissue and placed in the Time in a Box co. TM Pack. Never sealed, this archival pack includes your monogram and wedding date, and allows you to view and enjoy your beautiful gown whenever you wish.
